When you fill in a form on this site we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number if you add it, your organisation if you add it, what you are interested in, and your message.

If you become a mentee, mentor, funder or partner, we keep the information needed to work with you, such as notes from sessions and records of what we have agreed.

If you join our Discord community, Discord handles your account under its own privacy policy. We see your username and what you post there.

We use your information to reply to you, to run mentoring and events, to manage support from funders, donors, mentors and partners, and to keep basic records as a CIC.

We rely on your consent when you contact us or join our community, on our legitimate interest in running the programme, and on legal obligation where the law requires us to keep records.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the programme, such as our email and website providers, and with a partner company when you have asked us to introduce you.

We may share information if the law requires it.

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months. We keep mentoring records for as long as you are part of the programme and for up to 2 years after, unless the law requires longer. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, limit or object to how we use it, and withdraw your consent at any time.
